Peter Dale is a corporate/commercial and securities lawyer and business consultant.

He provides venture capital and legal advice to Canadian and international angel investors, venture capital firms and early-stage companies. Peter’s clients have included Canadian, American, European and Caribbean investors and companies seeking capital. In addition, he provides legal and consulting advice to small and medium sized businesses and individual clients. Peter’s clients have included entrepreneurs, technology, manufacturing, film production, software and finance companies, corporate executives and medical professionals.

Peter’s vocational experience includes work in both the venture capital sector and large firm legal practice. He was the Vice-President, Corporate Affairs of a London, U.K. and Toronto, Ontario based venture capital firm and practiced corporate commercial, financing, mergers and acquisitions and securities law with Donahue Ernst & Young LLP and Lang Michener LLP in Toronto, Ontario.
Peter’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Huron University College, University of Western Ontario; a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia and one year as a visiting student at the School of Law, University of Alabama.
